Surya Namaskar:- By performing Surya Namaska, the human body remains healthy and healthy. There are two conditions for Surya Namaskar. First with right leg and second left leg.
Shirshasan: - It is called as heedlessness due to its being made of head. Due to this the digestion system is fine and blood circulation also increases in the brain. By which the memory power remains fine.
Semi Chandrasana: - While doing this asana, the body is rotated in the shape of a semi moon. This seat is also done by standing up. This posture is beneficial for the whole body.
Bhujang Asana: - By doing this asana, all the problems of the human waist are removed. This seat is beneficial for back and spinal cord.
Child Asana: - This posture removes stress. This posture is done to balance the body and normalize blood circulation.
Mergeriaan: - This posture is very beneficial for keeping the body energized and active. This posture is used to pull the spine of the spine which makes the body flexible.
Natarasana: - By doing this posture, lung function increases. This posture strengthens the shoulders and arms and legs are also strong. This posture is best for those who have to work continuously.
Halasan: - By doing this posture, spinal bones are flexible. There are various types of problems of bones in old age. This seat is very beneficial for stomach disorders, thyroid, asthma, phlegm and blood related diseases.
Setu Dam Asana: - This seat is good exercise for stomach muscles and thighs. When you practice this yoga then energy is transmitted in the body.
Sukhasan: - This seat is done by sitting on a pilot and sitting directly on it. This posture takes great peace of mind. While doing this asana, you have to breathe and leave the nose.
Tadasana: - With the practice of this asana, the body remains prosperous and it gives balance and firmness in the body.
Konasana: - This seat is done by spreading both legs and sitting. Waist, spinal cord, chest and hawks participate in this yoga posture exclusively. This yoga is done to remove the stress present in these organs.
Vajrasana: - This seat is done by sitting on knees. This is done to make the body beautiful. If you have problems of back and back pain, doing this posture will greatly benefit.
Vrikshasana: - This seat is done by standing on one leg. By doing this asana, physical stress is removed and there is flexibility in the feet and ankles.
Dandasan: - This seat is done by sitting and adding both legs. Due to this daily posture, the stress in the hips and pids is removed.
Adho Mukha Asana: - This seat is done by bending the head downwards. That is why it is called the downward posture. This asana is helpful in stabilizing the posture stance. It is a good exercise for leg muscles.
Savasana: - This posture is done by being inactive like dead body. Doing this removes body fatigue and mental troubles and gives new energy.
Utkatasana: - By doing this seat, the lower part of the body is strengthened in the waist, knees and feet. This posture of yoga also benefits the spinal cord.
Gomukshasana: - Googhum in Sanskrit means the cow's face or mouth of the cow. The position of foot in this seat is very much like the shape of a goom. That is why it is called Gomukshan. It is a very profitable posture for women. This posture is very beneficial for arthritis,
Ustrasana: - 'Ustra' is a Sanskrit word and it means 'camel'. Ushtrasana is an intermediate rear bending yoga posture which opens up anahata (heart cycle). This posture brings flexibility in the body. The body gets fat and digestive power increases.
