Yoga is the science of living right and therefore it should be included in daily life. It works on all facets of man such as physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and spiritual. Linking to it at the spiritual level means to be one of the personal consciousnesses with universal consciousness. Yoga first brings benefits to the outer part of the human being. By which man is healthy after the outer organ, yoga works on mental and emotional levels. As a result of the daily life stress, many people are suffering from many mental problems. Yoga probably does not provide treatment but it is a proven method for coping with them.
